(This could include design for e.g. flyers or posters/signs etc., but would be subject to a specific amount of hours included in the package you choose. Extra design outside that can be done but would be billed extra at reasonable rates communicated with customer, so there will not be expensive surprises afterwards.)

 

-Creating customised characters /avatars to be used in ads

(can be cartoon style or photo realistic instead of human actors). It can be your company mascot,  a digital version of you on your best day, a talking pet, beautiful models you couldn't normally afford, almost anything.

 

 

 

4)PLACEMENT OF SOCIAL MEDIA ADS

 

Depending on the package you choose, we can create the ads for you and you post it yourself, or we can post it for you on either Facebook or Instagram. Arrangement for Tiktok or Youtube campaigns can be made but has to be specially made according to their format’s criteria.

 

 

We can post ads on the following:

 

 

-Your own profile page (you assign a role to us with permission to post ads)

 

-Free community pages or special interest group pages that typically could include your probable consumer base (like local classified ad pages etc.)

 

For the above postings the creation of the ad is paid for by you (as part of your package), and the action/time of placing it is paid for according to your package. The groups or pages do not charge fees unless you want to “boost” the post, which exposes it to more viewers at a nominal fee. While “Boosting” helps it does not give you all the controls and analytical info that PAID ADS would.

 

 

-PAID ADS placement:

we can create and place PAID ads on Facebook or Instagram, other platforms like youtube and tiktok can be done too if that is where your target market is likely to be found.

 

A PAID ad must always have one specific goal, e.g. a “BUY NOW” or “LEARN MORE” button leading customers to a page on your website or a sales page where they can buy the item or make an enquiry or booking, or “GET MORE INFO” that for example lets the customer fill in a contact form so your sales team can contact them.

 

PAID ADS means you basically pay three times for the ad : you pay us for creation of the ad (it has to be specifically created as a PAID ad with a clickable action button), as well as for placing the ad (according to your specific package), but you also pay every time a potential customer clicks on the “Call To Action” button. So the costs could be much higher than with “free” ads, but the majority of businesses find it well worth their while for the following reasons:

 

-the returns are statistically much much higher (ROI aka Return On Investment)

 

-it allows for more analysis with specific tools that can give you more precise feedback on how many prospective customers successfully completed the “Call to Action”

 

-it is TARGETED, so you work with people who expressed an interest, not just random viewers

 

-it allows you to build up a targeted “Audience” of people who already expressed interest in your business’s products or services with their contact info and other specific info you may have collected in your communications with them, so you can market future campaigns to them which increases your likelihood of success, or use the info/feedback gathered to tailor your services or products.

 

For an additional nominal fee we can over time build this out to a much wider “likely” similar audience based on accumulated feedback and info we can utilize on the system.

 

 

NB:

 

If the marketing budget is not very big we suggest that you start with one of the “free” ads packages to get the ball rolling and see if you can find sufficient traction and reaction that way, and then decide later if you want to spend money on paid ads.

 

Please note that correspondence generated by the ads on your page or other pages would be handled by you or your team, we only place the ads but cannot answer customer’s comments or questions on your behalf. After all they want to hear details from you, we just get the conversation started.

If you can commit to a minimum of three months we can waiver setup charges like Brand Identity preparation (getting logo format ready for video design purposes, setting up Brand Colours & Fonts (NB: If customer cannot provide fonts and we cannot obtain it for free, font purchasing costs will be for the customer’s account).

Where this is not possible or available we can substitute with suitable generic material that is available to designer.
